Room Attendant - Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo in Fargo, ND. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and bathrooms
• Changing bed linens and towels
• Vacuuming and dusting furniture
• Restocking guest room amenities
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent time management skills. Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.

This position is full-time, with weekends required. Weekend shifts may be required on a rotating basis, and flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet the needs of our guests. Please note that weekends required include Saturdays and Sundays.

In addition to weekends required, Room Attendants may be asked to work holidays and special events as needed. This flexibility is essential to providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that our hotel operates smoothly and efficiently.
