Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and professionally
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and efficiency
• Process reservations, check-outs, and payments accurately
• Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local area attractions, and dining options
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the hotel

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts are 3pm-11pm, weekends
